HIIT stands for high intensity interval training and is a great way to maximize your time in the gym. These sessions are great for the time-strapped professional or parents with children in any of our programs. Simply show up ready to work and our team will handle the rest.
RINK Testify Performance's Lifestyle Training gives you access to our world-class training facility as well as a customized training schedule. With up to 5 personalized workouts/week and access to our recovery lounge, our lifestyle training package will maximize your results.
RINK Testify Performance's Sport Specific Training gives you access to our world-class training facility as well as a customized training schedule including athlete monitoring. This program is excellent for athletes of sports (other than hockey) who are looking to have their training take them to the top of their game in their sport. With up to 5 personalized workouts/week and access to our recovery lounge, our Sport Specific training package will maximize your results.
