The RINK Testify Performance performance team have a wealth of knowledge and experience that they bring to our clients. Each and everyday they drive athletic performance via data-driven programming and create the link with our coaches allowing our atheletes to reach their on and off-ice goals.
Director of Sports Science & Performance
Jeff holds a PhD from the Department of Human Anatomy and Cell Science as well as a Master of Science in Sport Biomechanics. He is also currently a sport-science consultant for various NHL teams and hockey equipment companies.

Manager of Off-Ice Programming
Mike holds a Master of Science in Sport Biomechanics and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Mike has experience both evaluating and training athletes at all levels including the NHL, AHL, WHL all the way through the minor hockey ranks.

Matt holds a Master of Science with a focus in Exercise Physiology from the University of Manitoba. His research focused on the relationship between on-ice speed and off-ice maximum and dynamic strength levels utilizing force plate testing. Matt is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and has completed a wide range of professional development certifications. He has several years of experience training players from the minor hockey ranks all the way to the NHL.

Larissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a minor in Nutrition from Syracuse University. She has experience training athletes at all levels, and has also worked as an on ice instructor for RINK Player Development.
Larissa Martyniuk Performance Coach
Brooklyn holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. She has 5 years of professional figure skating coaching experience as well as many years of experience as a program assistant. She is actively coaching as a NCCP certified regional coach in both Morden and Winnipeg at the Star one to the Novice levels.

Tayte holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba with a major in Athletic Therapy. Tayte is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA as well as a certified Athletic Therapist through the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association (CATA).

Conor holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba. He has spent 4 years coaching minor hockey as well as instructing on-ice skill development from various age groups and skill levels.

Luke is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor of Kinesiology. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Luke was the head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the U of M Bison's Men’s hockey team and is looking forward to bringing his experience to the RINK. He has grown up playing hockey his whole life and also loves to exercise, so why not combine the two together and help others.

Dr. Cassan is a Naturopathic Doctor bringing a fresh perspective to Winnipeg’s natural health community. With the help of an athletic scholarship, she was able to expand her health and wellness passion to receive her Bachelor of Science from Norwich University. Following graduation she quickly discovered a growing demand for natural and alternative healthcare and found her way to Naturopathic Medicine. The profession offered her an opportunity to turn her lifestyle into a passion and career. Once she completed her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, she found her way home to Winnipeg.Book Appointment
